The problem with the quotation process
Car leasing companies in the automotive market handle a high volume of quote requests from customers daily, ranging from dozens to hundreds—and for some clients, even thousands. These requests typically include detailed car configurations, which drivers often obtain from their local car dealer or the manufacturer’s website. Customers send these configurations to leasing companies in formats such as PDFs or emails. Currently, these car configurations must be manually entered into a leasing application to generate a leasing quote, which is then sent back to the customer. This manual process is time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to errors, making it an expensive and inefficient operation for leasing companies.

The Quote Robot solves these challenges by automating the identification and selection of the car configuration on the quote. With just one click in the leasing application, the document is sent to the Quote Robot, which extracts all relevant information (i.e., car model and options) within a second and returns it to the leasing application to generate a leasing quote. The Quote Robot can also be customized to use a leasing company’s own car data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
