Your responsibilities

The main responsibilities for the Business Operations role are:

  • coordinating all development efforts
  • making sure our platform is available day and night and 365 days/year (with support of helpdesk)
  • keeping the platform in “good shape” (technical and functional)
  • supporting the business consultants in onboarding new customers effectively

Opportunities for growth are available in both commercial, business development, and technical roles.

Requirements

For the role, you need excellent analytical skills and a healthy dose of perseverance. You are capable of looking at both the big picture and the details. In addition, good communication skills are essential for coordinating with both internal and external colleagues and clients.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are not afraid to take ownership and decisions.

Willingness to work outside office hours.

You need little direction and inform and involve your environment on your own initiative.

You are proficient in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

University (of professional education) level of thinking.
